The FAQ
Do you do engagement shoots?
Yes. These can be done as a bespoke standalone shoot or as part of wedding package.
How many images in a package?
This will depend on the package, but generally between 400-800 images will be available.
Do you retouch photos?
Most images are edited when you receive them, duplicate shots, test shots and where people are blinking are removed. Further edits that may require swapping heads or the removal of large items would incur extra costs.
When will we receive our photographs?
The online gallery and USB are generally delivered within 2-4 weeks. Albums can take 4-6 weeks once the design is agreed.
Can we print our own images?
Yes. All images are presented print ready without watermarks at high resolution. You would not need to order prints directly from us.
Do you charge for a consultation?
No. Consultations are free. Please use the contact form to check my availability we can then schedule an online call or face-to-face meeting.
How far ahead can we book?
We can take bookings up to 3 years in advance.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes. Payment terms are available, Full Payment is required 6 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Is a booking fee required?
Yes. The booking fee is £250 to secure our time for the day and is non-refundable. Once this payment is received in full your date will be firmly fixed in our schedule.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. Public liability insurance cover is currently set at 10 million pounds sterling. We also have professional indemnity insurance and equipment cover.
Is there a contract / agreement?
Yes there will be a signed agreement, especially as some bookings can be up to 3 years in advance. The agreement simply informs all parties what has been verbally agreed and what can be expected.
Where are you based?
Cheltenham in Gloucestershire but we still have firm family links in London. We are also happy to travel throughout the UK. If your is wedding abroad, please contact us for further details.
Do you require a meal(s) on the day?
Yes please, for any assignments over 8 hours this will also form part of the agreement. However, it does not need to be special. Any additional Photographers or assistants agreed upon will also need to be catered for.
